The Roman Road

The "Roman Road"

What is Christianity?: Christianity is the way every person who loves Jesus Christ lives. It effects everything in our daily life including our interations with other people, how we spend our free time, our work ethics, and much more.; The basic beliefs of any Christian can be found under "How do I become a Christian?"
How do I become a Christian?: All you need to do is put your faith & trust in Christ, and believe that He died to save your life.; Please read the following scriptures to learn more (in NIV):
God Loves YOU!: For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
You are a sinner.: For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
You are dead in your sins: For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
Jesus Christ died for YOU!: You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possible dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were stil sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:6-8)
You can be saved by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ: "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved - you and your household." (Acts 16:30b-31)
You can know you have eternal life: And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. (I John 5:11-13)
You can be saved right NOW: That if you confess with you mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with you heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess andare saved. (Romans 10:9-10)
To be saved right now you must do the following:: 1. Place your faith in Jesus; 2. Ask for forgiviness and turn (repent) from your sins; 3. Surrender to Jesus as Lord (Boss) of your life; 4. Pray the following prayer:
You are now SAVED! You are one of God's Children!: If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (I John 1:9)
As God's child you are to obey Him: Peter and the other apostles replied: "We must obey God rather than men!" (Acts 5:29)
God will NEVER leave you!
He gives you everything you need: May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by th power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13)
Now tell others. Jesus can use YOU!: Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the HOly Spirit, and teaching them to obey everyting I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:18-20)
