ADD Explanations

This list of "explanations" is dedicated to the addult list that Kim put together. I know many of our Significant Others (SO's) don't always understand things that are quite obvious to us, so you can tell them to come here to find out about it. If you are an ADDult who is interesting in joining Kim's list, follow this link!

ADDult	A grown person with ADD, usually acts like a child.
"Are you listening"	Translates to "I wasn't paying attention to what you said, but if I'm in trouble I will get out of it one way or another."
Computer	An object to keep a person with ADD out of the Kitchen
Fingers Tapping on the Headboard	Relaxation, stress release, involuntary movement!
Organization	A dream, highly improbable and unattainable
Television	An object to keep a person with ADD from answering your questions.
"What"	A word used by an ADD individual to get their SO to repeat what was just said, its main purpose is to give the ADD individual enough time to figure out what the SO wants and how to respond.

I know there are many more "explanations" available, but since I have ADD myself, all the ones that I had thought of earlier in the day (and forgotten to write down) are no where to be found. As I remember more or if people send me more, I will be sure to add them to this site.
